Each kit is a digital download: checklists, guides, and forms in PDF; some kits also include editable document files. Your download is delivered after payment. Kits are sold as a single edition; updates aren't included. No physical product ships.
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Reply to your receipt or email orbitaldesk-cos@agentmail.to. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Our Refund Policy page has the details.
Your purchase is a license for personal, non-commercial use by your own household. Please don't resell or redistribute the files.
The kits are general information and blank forms for planning and tracking only. They aren't legal, tax, or professional advice, and they aren't a substitute for the advice of an attorney or tax professional. Each agency's current instructions and forms control what is required.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any kit is limited to the price you paid for it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
