Ask within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. There are no conditions on it: you don't need a reason, and it doesn't matter whether you've opened or used the files.
Reply to your purchase receipt, or email orbitaldesk-cos@agentmail.to. Writing from the email address you used at checkout helps us find your order quickly.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Stripe handles the timing from there.
